It shall be the duty and responsibility of this board to:

1. Determine the condition of the physical properties of the congregation and provide for the maintenance and improvement of these physical properties.
2. Plan and carry through this necessary repair and maintenance through volunteers or contracted companies whichever is deemed appropriate.
3. Plan and carry through all needed capital improvement of the physical property after approval of the Council and Congregation Assembly as deemed necessary.
4. Direct and supervise the work of the Custodian and/or volunteers in the cleaning of the building.
