 It shall be the duty of the Elders to:
          1. Assist the pastor in the public worship of the church and in all matters pertaining to the general spiritual welfare of the congregation.

          2. Work with the pastor in helping every member grow in their life of discipleship and to fulfill the commitment they made in becoming a member of Grace Church.
