It shall be the duty and responsibility of this board to:

1. Plan, organize, and promote ministries to help the people of the church to be involved in world-wide ministries.
2. Plan, organize, and encourage ways for the people of the church to reach out in this community as a body.
3. Help to equip members to be personal witnesses in their daily life.
4. Provide for a continuing response to people who have made contact with the church in worship or other activities with the goal of membership.
